Amenity Rentals

The Anthem Clubhouse or Pavilion is the perfect venue for your next small gathering! 
 
Rental agreements and fees must be submitted to the Lifestyle Director. Rentals are not confirmed until the Lifestyle Director has sent you a confirmation email. 
 
  • Rental reservations will be only considered for a "Resident in good standing" with Anthem Master. "Resident in good standing" is defined as a resident that:
    • Is current with their Association assessments and/or fees;
    • Does not currently have unpaid fines assessed against their account; and
    • Does not currently have any property violations.
  • The rental of the Anthem Clubhouse or Pavilion is for 4 hours maximum. This time includes your setup and cleanup. Rental availability is subject to special events and programs and is prioritized over rental availability
  • Rental availability is:
    • Monday- Friday 6:00 pm -10:00 pm. (1) rental per day.
    • Saturday-Sunday between 9:00 am - 10:00 pm. (1) rental per weekend.
  • The rental does not include pool rental, ie no pool parties. 
  • The clubhouse can accommodate 25-30 people.
  • The pavilion can accommodate up to 50 people.
  • There is a $100 rental fee and a $250 cleaning deposit.
    • The fee and deposit must be paid separately, via check or money order, made out to Anthem Master INC;
    • A reservation application is not complete until the rental agreement, fee, and deposit are received by the Lifestyle Director, at least 7 days before the desired date;
    • If cancellation is necessary, Lessee must cancel at least fourteen (14) days before rental date and pay a $25 cancellation fee. If less than fourteen (14) days’ notice only 50% of rental fee will be refunded. The damage deposit will be refunded within fifteen (15) days. Any cancellations or changes in rental dates and times must be done in person at the Community Manager’s Office; and
    • As long as there are no damages to the facility or any equipment during the rental, the $250 will be returned to Lessee within 15 days of your event.
  • The Anthem Clubhouse comes with:
    • A table with 4 chairs
    • 1 conference table with 8 chairs
    • 2 Sitting chairs (no wet bathing suits)
    • Refrigerator/freezer
    • Sink (no disposal)
  • The rental calendar is available quarterly. Booking dates for the quarters are the following:
    • June 1st
    • September 1st
    • December 1st
    • March 1st
