Anthem Master Community offers two clubhouse rental options designed to accommodate different group sizes.

Up to 30 people | $100 Non-Refundable Rental Fee

Ideal for: Birthday parties, showers, family gatherings, meetings, game nights, presentations, and small celebrations.
 
TV: HDMI connection only. Resident must provide their own compatible device and HDMI cable.

Ideal for: Small birthday celebrations, meetings, book clubs, game nights, crafts, social gatherings, and intimate celebrations.
Cleaning Fee

Residents are responsible for set-up, breakdown, and cleaning following their event.
 
A $250 cleaning fee may be charged if additional cleaning is required after the rental.
 
Please Note: Pool Use Is Not Included
 
Clubhouse rentals may not be used for pool parties, and the pool cannot be reserved for the exclusive use of a rental group.
 
Rental Requirements
  • Rentals are available to Anthem Master Community homeowners/residents.
  • Reservations are first-come, first-served.
  • Rental fees are non-refundable.
  • Payment is accepted by check or money order.
  • Rental time includes set-up and clean-up.
  • All rentals must conclude and the clubhouse must be vacated by 10:00 p.m.
  • Residents are responsible for their guests and vendors.
  • All clubhouse rental rules and community policies must be followed.
  • Your reservation is not confirmed until the rental agreement and payment have been received and the reservation has been approved.
