For home improvements to the exterior of your home and your lot, you must submit an application to the HOA. The application will need your plot map attached to show where the modification will be taking place. The Association has 60 days to review the application.

Pool Reminders

The Association does not employ Lifeguards or staff members with Lifeguard training to monitor the pool area. Residents swim at their own risk and are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of themselves, their guests, any minors under their supervision, and of any designated childcare providers.

CALL 911 IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY.

No diving, somersaults, cannon balls, or similar type entries from the edge of the pool are permitted. Running, roughhousing, or disorderly conduct are prohibited at all times.

All residents must use their assigned Resident Identification upon entering the pool area. Please do not attempt to prop open the pool gates for any reason. The pool gates must be kept closed and locked at all times.

Management staff reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at any time.

Children under (3) years of age, and those who are not reliably toilet trained, must wear rubber-lined swim diapers, as well as a swimsuit over the swim diaper. The changing of diapers or clothes is not allowed poolside. Changing table is available in both the men’s and women’s pool restrooms.

Proper swim attire must be worn in the pool. No denim or cotton shorts are permitted.

Glass is prohibited in the pool area.

No food is allowed in the pool

Public intoxication is not permitted. Management Staff has the right to deny access and use of the Community Facilities to any persons they deem to be intoxicated or acting in a manner that Management Staff considers to be unruly or in violation of these Policies.

Pets and other non-service animals are prohibited from the pool area.

The following items are prohibited in the pool area: remote-controlled watercraft, and wave riding boards.

Personal visual or audio devices are not permitted around the pool area unless they are equipped with headphones.

Toys, beach balls, and approved floating devices may be allowed in the pool area at the discretion of Management Staff.

Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area.

The Association is not responsible for any effects the chemicals within the pool area may cause. Do not swallow pool water.

No one shall install unauthorized chemicals or soaps within the pool. Failure to comply with this regulation could result in the Resident being liable for any costs incurred in treating and reopening the pool.

During thunderstorms and/or lightning or emergency incidents, all persons must leave the pool.

The pool and surrounding area may be closed for various periods of time for maintenance.

Tobacco products, smoking, vaping, and/or the use of controlled substances are prohibited.

The Association is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal property.

All trash and debris must be deposited in appropriate receptacles.

Any person with an open sore or an infectious disease may not use the pool.

Maximum Pool Load Limit is ___206___ Occupants.

- 6 guests are allowed per household. Homeowner MUST be present.
