Anthem Master, meet your new Lifestyle Director, Suzy Nicely! Suzy is originally from North Canton, Ohio. A graduate from Kent State University where she got a degree in Leisure Studies Management. She brings 19 years of professional hospitality experience to Anthem, including various roles with Wyndham, Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton.  Suzy’s role as Lifestyle Director is to help build a community based on things that really matter, FAMILY, COMPASSION, CONNECTION, and FREEDOM! She aims to build an engagement program that will make everyone want to call Anthem home!

Community Manager- Stephanie Bustamante

Stephanie is a proud Texas native, and joined the CCMC team on November 18th, 2024, as the Onsite Community Association Manager. She is recognized for her exceptional work ethic, strong motivation, and impressive ability to quickly absorb and process large volumes of information.
 
With seven years of experience in HOA management, fifteen years in the hotel industry, and six years in luxury residential properties, Stephanie brings a broad and impressive range of skills. Before becoming a Community Manager, she served as Concierge Director and Project Director in Houston and Austin, where she led a concierge team at both a high-rise condominium and a mid-rise rental property. In these roles, she worked closely with Property Managers and Maintenance teams to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient resident services.
Additionally, Stephanie took on the role of Events Coordinator, managing monthly budgets and organizing events for residents. She takes great pride in her work, and her outstanding customer service skills set her apart in every aspect of her career.
 
As your community manager, I am responsible for many areas throughout the day. Some of those responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring your assessments are used wisely and within their intended purpose
  • Completing community compliance inspections and following up on any concerns identified
  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of all common areas
  • Facilitating all architectural review requests
  • Ensuring timely responses to your questions and/or concerns
